Confira a lista de indicações ao MTV Video Music Awards

Justin Timberlake e Macklemore & Ryan Lewis serão as estrelas do MTV Video Music Award deste ano. O cantor de Mirrors e os intérpretes de Thrift Shop levaram seis indicações cada na cerimônia da premiação anual, incluindo o cobiçado prêmio de Clipe do Ano.

O videoclipe de Justin, Mirrors, que faz uma homenagem ao casamento de seus avós, ganhou quatro indicações, que incluem o prêmio principal, Melhor Clipe Masculino, Melhor Clipe de Pop e Melhor Edição. Além de Mirrors, seu sucesso de retorno Suit & Tie, que conta com a participação do rapper Jay-Z, levou duas indicações por Melhor Colaboração e Melhor Direção.

Pela primeira vez nomeados, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis estão celebrando o reconhecimento por três trabalhos diferentes, com seu hit Thrift Shop, indicado para Clipe do Ano, Can't Hold Us, para Melhor Clipe de Hip-Hop, Melhor Fotografia, Melhor Direção e Melhor Edição e, finalmente, Same Love, para Melhor Clipe com uma Mensagem Social.

Ambos os artistas terão de enfrentar uma forte concorrência na categoria principal, com Blurred Lines, de Robin Thicke, I Knew You Were Trouble, de Taylor Swift, e o sucesso de Bruno Mars, Locked Out of Heaven, também disputando o prêmio de Clipe do Ano.

Bruno está atrás de Justin e Macklemore em relação ao maior número de indicações, tendo quatro no total, enquanto Robin, Pink, Miley Cyrus e 30 Seconds to Mars, têm três indicações cada.

O MTV Video Music Awards será realizado no Brooklyn, em Nova York, no dia 25 de agosto.
